 Kylie Kylie joined Tribal Jewels early 2009. Commenced Tribal Style bellydance (ATS) with Jacqueline Peperkamp in 2006 & the following year progressed forward and performed with amateur sister troupe, Gypsy Jewels for 3 years. Kylies dance journey began during her high school years; Ballroom & Latin for 3 years with Dancespace 383 – Reeves family, 4 years study in bollywood & classical Indian with Bollywood X-clusive - Viji Venket . A further 2 years with classical bellydance & cabaret style with The Gypsy Flames - Cynthia Delaney.
Kylie & her husband Steve are not only very active in the 'rock band' industry they are also busy parents of 3 girls who currently dance with the Junior Jewels dance troupe. Kylie works during the day as an aged care Nurse, whilst studying homeopathy in her spare time. Free time is spent enjoying her home vegie garden, designing her own costuming for ATS, enjoys singing & playing music in her band, drinking chai with other dancing sisters & running her daughters around to their many activities!
Performs with props: Tribal fire - fans, silk fan veils, sword balancing, skirt dance, poi twirling, silk veil, piano shawl & finger cymbals (zills)
