Its Artistic Director, Jacqueline Peperkamp is an award winning member of the Australian bellydance community. This dynamic troupe perform & instruct both locally & nationally representing the Illawarra region, New South Wales, Australia. Jewels of the Harem is the name for our studio & several amatuer dance troupes who represent it. Our services to the local & broader community include; a study of its origions along with its costuming & the modern changes to the dance in todays western society. Bellydance is a natural feminine way to exercise, promoting & enhancing self confidence in being a women! Our studio is located in conjunction with SOL Studios: 302 Crown st, Wollongong.
